How does the hiring process work?

We have made this process super easy, with our Click & Send service.
  1. Select your product.
  2. Select your time frame.
  3. You will be sent an invoice for payment which will include the following:
    • Hire cost
    • Delivery and Return fee
    • Bond $50
  4. Pay the invoice and the product will be shipped with either Sendle or AustPost.
  5. Your delivery will include:
    • Instruction manual
    • Return envelope
  6. A week before the item is to be returned you will be sent an email reminder, your options are simply:
    • Return item by the end date hire
    • Request an extension of the product
  7. Once the item has been returned, your bond will be released by bank transfer.
